At a previous hearing, Giles Beaumont, prosecuting, told the court Frost was on police bail for murder, money laundering and domestic violence allegations at the time of the offences in Yaxley.

He said Frost was driving the BMW with Tracy Anderson as a passenger when his driving became erratic, and he pulled into a service station in Peterborough.

At the station, he started punching Miss Anderson, before he drove away, running over her leg as he went.

He was seen speeding along Broadway in Yaxley, travelling at up to 50mph in a 30mph zone, when he stopped near a chip shop.

After he stopped, witnesses saw him trying to change a wheel, before again driving off with the wheel brace still attached.

Witnesses said they saw the BMW 'flying through' a junction with a partially deflated tyre.

Frost then struck the two men, causing fatal injuries.

Another witness, Stefon Mills, then called emergency services, and said to Frost 'you can't get away, you have to stop.'

Mr Beaumont said Mr Mills followed Frost as he entered a house in Yaxley. When he exited the house, Frost punched Mr Mills, before making his escape.

Frost will be sentenced on December 20.
