Afghanistan is expected to take part in a six-nation international hockey tournament Pakistan will host in the first week of September.
Part of International Hockey Federation’s calendar, the event would take place from September 2 to 10, organisers said on Saturday.
Apart from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Oman will also participate in the contest, whose venue is yet to be known.
